Flexipoint has been tested by the CSIRO to AS2050 Appendix F (Draft) Standard to determine its wind uplift rating. In their conclusion the CSIRO remarked;
'The sample referred to as the Flexipoint tile roof ridge security system was tested to cyclic fatigue loading conditions as per AS2050 Appendix F (Draft) to determine the wind uplift rating of an adhesive mechanical fastening after conditioning in cyclonic areas (C3).
The sample system of the Flexipoint tile roof ridge security system successfully passed the test criteria at the design pressure of 8.21kPa.'
